Since its inception, online shopping has become viral across the globe, more and more people are getting inclined towards it because of the rewards it brings along. Shoppers love internet shopping as it is feasible, quick and hassle free. No physical effort required, a keen buyer can browse the internet for everything he wants  to buy. There is nothing that doesn’t exist on the world wide web! and this fact is what has made it extremely popular among the shopper’s community.  Surpassing the traditional methods, e-shopping opens countless doors to the buyers who like to discover and devour new merchandise. Traditional methods of mortar brick shopping is slowly getting replaced with modern methods of internet shopping.  Consumers love to shop online as it saves a lot of time, money and energy.  The eager buyers need not cover long distances to a marketplace to shop; they not only save themselves from long and  endless ques, but also escape the hassle of haggling with the sellers as everything available online is provided to you at the best/lowest possible rate.

Convenience is one of the major reasons  as to why consumers find shopping from an Online shopping store more viable as compared to in-store shopping. They visit an online store, browse the desirable products, tap to fill their cart and finally place an order. Finally, their order gets delivered to them right at their doorstep without making any effort. The above mentioned reasons prove the shopper’s love for e-shopping. If take at the look on the other side there are times when the buyers hate the entire affair of internet purchase due to the drawbacks it possess. If we take a closer look at the entire online business, it seems a lot different than what it actually is. There are times when the buyers have to wait for long periods of time for their order to get delivered. At times it takes a month or longer especially in case of shipping overseas. The delays in delivery compel the buyers to develop discomfort for making a purchase over the internet.

Apart from this the other issue that they have to face is the extremely high shipping cost which sometimes turns to be higher than the actual cost of  one's purchase. This works to burn a hole in the customer’s pocket which again a buyer would not like to welcome. The third matter of concern is that the looks can be deceiving as the buyer doesn’t get to examine the product before making a purchase. A product which might appeal to you in the picture might not be as attractive in reality. Last but not the least the chances of fraud and theft of customer’s private information is also a factor which adds on to the menace related to online shopping.
